Fundraising Ideas

If there is one thing all not-for-profits have in common, it is a need for more funds.  Top of Mind Gifts has several creative ways to take advantage of Cutco’s popularity to help any not-for-profit generate those funds.

Direct Retail Fundraising:

The first way is as simple as signing up with Top of Mind Gifts for a fundraising package and promoting to your network that any purchases of Cutco using your organizations number will in turn generate funds for the organization.  As in any fundraising, simply taking advantage of the transactions that are occurring every day by your network and their respective circles of influence is a great way for the organization to generate funds at no cost to themselves or their affiliates.  These types of programs can be singular or annual, once only or recurring.  As the saying goes, every little bit helps.

Perpetual Fundraising

Spring boarding off this concept is an even bigger opportunity for ongoing, residual income.  A onetime purchase, or even occasional purchases, by an individual is great and helps the cause.  The exciting thing is that Top of Mind Gifts works with many businesses to provide client appreciation gifts and employee gifting programs (see our other areas of gifting).  These two concepts can be combined where any businesses buying corporate or employee gifts through the same organization number also generates funds for the organization.  This can be especially attractive as typically these are larger orders and generate more funds.  The biggest benefit by far though is that if these businesses continue to buy gifts year after year, that revenue starts to become a stream of passive income for the organization!  What better way for a business owner to support their organization of choice than by having money that they are already spending in their business start generating recurring income for that organization!!

In appreciation for the ongoing partnership and to say thanks, we give back 10% of the revenue we get from the referral back to the organization.  If the client who was referred stays on with our services for a longer period of time, then we will keep giving back a portion of the profits to the organization that provided the referral.
