Q. How long does it take to get my gifts once I order them?

A. Once the order is placed a proof should be generated within a week.  After the proof is approved it will take roughly a week to process the order and engrave it.  Shipping is typically 7-10 days so in total plan on about a 30 day turn around.

Q. Do I have to order all the same kind of gift in order to get quantity discounts?

A. The great thing about our quantity discount program is that everything you buy counts toward the quantity discount, regardless of whether it is all the same item or a mix of different items.  Different gifts, colours, engraving and logos can all be custom modified to suit your needs.
