SALES PERSON POSITION
Top Of Mind Gifts Social Media has created an automated platform for helping small to medium sized businesses post social media content with no ongoing input or requirements from the business needed, but also without the high cost of hiring another company to do it for them. All content that is posted will be in English, so North America will likely be the primary market, although a business anywhere in the world can subscribe. The companies subscribing are not under contract and can cancel with one month notice at any time with no penalty.
The salesperson will be responsible for subscribing businesses to the service.
There are no set hours or expectations as far as when the work is done, only that it be done in a professional manner.
There are no minimums or requirements, salespeople can work as much or as little as they like, and there is no upper limit as to how many subscriptions can be sold or how much money can be made.
There is a website that clients can be directed to and a subscription process so once a prospective client is sent to the website and starts to fill out the form and information the role of the salesperson is over.
If the client completes the registration process and pays, then the sale will be registered, and the fee or commission will be paid as per the sales contract.
If the business continues to subscribe, the salesperson will continue to be paid.
The subscription costs $99/month to the subscriber and the salesperson is paid $25/mo so long as the client remains subscribed to the service or has a valid and active subscription which is fully paid.
All transactions will be in USD and salespeople will be paid via e-transfer once per month.
There is no hourly wage, base pay, or any form of employment, it is an independent contractor position.
No deductions will be made, and the salesperson will be responsible for any reporting or tax implications.
For example, if a salesperson reaches out to 10 businesses per day, 5 days per week, and 10% of the businesses subscribe, then they would be credited for 5 sales for that week and entitled to $125. If this happened for 4 weeks in a calendar month (or if a total of 20 sales were credited in a calendar month regardless of when or how they occurred) then the salesperson would be entitled to $500 for the month, which would be paid the month following the clients first full month of subscription. If the same thing were done the following month and all clients from month 1 remained subscribed, then the salesperson would be entitled to $1,000, $500 from the first month and $500 for the second month. By the end of the first year a salesperson could reasonably expect to be making $5,000/mo which still factors in some attrition and some subscriptions cancelling.
